We hope that our cards will bring a smile to your face, but things do sometimes go wrong despite our best efforts. If your order arrives very late, damaged, incomplete or wrong in some way, please tell us as much as you can about it by email to help@quitefunnystuff.com .
All orders are subject to the Terms and Conditions of Quite Funny Stuff. Nevertheless, you may return your ordered items to the address shown in paragraph 8 of the 'Legals' section of this website, in a complete, unused and re-saleable condition within seven days of delivery for a full refund (including of your reasonable costs of return postage by Royal Mail) which will be credited to your card 7-10 days after we receive the items back from you. Quote your order number (as shown on your delivery note) in all correspondence.
If the return is because of an error on our part or because the goods are damaged, we'll refund the delivery charges incurred in sending the item to you and pay your costs of returning it to us. Any item that you return because you believe it is damaged will be checked by us and in the event that we find no fault, we reserve the right to re-charge you for the item/s and to recover our fees and expenses from you. We can only replace the exact item you ordered, and you are responsible for returning the damaged item within 30 days. If you want to arrange an exchange for a different item, you will need to return the item and place a new order. Where you are withdrawing from your purchase between seven and 30 days after delivery, and there's been no error on our part, we'll refund only the cost of the item, not of delivery.
